The charming green and leafy neighbourhood of East Sheen forms part of the London Borough of Richmond and is situated immediately adjacent to Richmond Park with it´s 2,000 acres of rolling deer park. The River Thames, the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew and the award winning London Wetland Centre (WWT) are also all within very easy reach.

The main shopping centre offers an abundance of boutique shops as well as Waitrose supermarket and an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and coffeebars. There are also good transport facilities with Mortlake and North Sheen Stations providing an excellent service to Clapham Junction and Waterloo (journey time approximately 25 minutes) whilst bus routes give access to Richmond, Putney, Barnes and Hammersmith.

There is a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities in the vicinity including Palewell Common, which has a playground, playing fields and a pitch and putt course, and East Sheen Common; a separate wooded area owned by the National Trust adjoining Richmond Park. The Roehampton Club, the Bank of England Sports Ground and the Riverside Club together with numerous golf courses are all nearby. East Sheen is also very well serviced by many excellent schools including Sheen Mount, St. Paul´s, Tower House, Ibstock Place, The German & Swedish Schools, Colet Court, Kings House and numerous other first rate State Primary Schools.
